In what is becoming a family tradition, the three of us headed to Swanson’s Nursery to witness the reindeer frolicking in their pen, pick up our tree and take home some uniquely exquisite gifts from the Trellis gift shop.
Our tree this year is a beautiful Burton’s Blue. The Swanson’s staff member helping Mommy commented on her fine taste. Daddy and I watched Dasher and Blitzen, both new moms, get their pen dressed up with a fresh coat of hay before checking out the seriously detailed holiday train display featuring actual soil, plants and trees.
A few gifts for friends, an ornament or two for us, a beautiful tree and a stack of Swan Dollars. Priceless.
