Heard around the house after a play date with Mia Saunders and daddy Travis at Salmon Bay Park:

Daddy: OK Ella, would you like salami and cheese for lunch or chicken nuggets with ketchup?
Me: Salami and cheese!!
Daddy: Ok… 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 (pieces of salami). Is that enough, or would you like more?
Me: More!
Daddy: How many more?
Me: 7!
Daddy: Ok Ella… If there are five on your plate and we add 7, how many will there be?
Me: Twelve!!

You should have seen the look on Daddy’s face!
